Refund & Returns Policy
1. Change of Mind Returns
I’m so grateful you’ve chosen a one-of-a-kind piece! Please note: if you simply change your mind (even for made‑to‑order items), I’m legally required to accept a return in some regions—but I’ll gently guide you through the process:

UK customers have the standard 30‑day right of return from the date you receive your item. The piece must be unworn, unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. You’ll need to cover the return shipping costs.

Unfortunately, I’m not able to accept "change of mind" returns from customers in the United States (unless your region has legal provisions to the contrary). Each piece is crafted with care, and I’m not able to absorb the costs of resale or return shipping from outside the UK.
2. Faults, Damage & Incorrect Items
Your enjoyment of the piece matters to me—if something arrives defective, damaged, or incorrectly processed, please get in touch within 14 days of receipt. I’ll arrange replacements, refunds, or other solutions that suit the situation. Please include a photo if possible so I can make it right as efficiently as possible.
3. Custom & Personalized Items
Due to their bespoke nature, unfortunately, custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or incorrect. Please be sure of your choice, and feel free to ask questions before ordering.
4. Refund Timing
Once I’ve received and inspected your return, I’ll notify you of approval. If accepted, I aim to issue refunds within 10 business days, using the same payment method you originally used. Please allow your bank or card provider some processing time as well.
