CARING FOR YOUR FABRIC
Both my Linen and Linen Union (Heavier) are dry clean only. As natural fibres, they can shrink if washed or if they get wet, so please don't pre-wash the fabric before making up. If you need to iron, use a medium iron on the reverse and avoid holding direct heat on the printed side for long.
My fabrics are printed with pigment inks, which hold their colour well in light, although like most fabrics they will fade over time in strong direct sunlight.
They are not flame-retardant as standard. If your project needs to meet a fire-safety standard, please arrange treatment with a specialist company and let me know, and I can have your fabric sent straight to them.

My first purchase by Kate Walton, and I couldn’t be happier! I saw the Instagram posts of these beautiful moths being created and followed links to the shop. While I would have struggled to put up wallpaper (as beautiful as this would be), I was delighted with the option of decals, especially with the versatility of being removable and reusable. As a lover of nature, and moths in particular, I find scattering them around my room a perfect and whimsical way to bring the outdoors in! (bonus is, the grandkids will LOVE playing “find the moths” when they visit!)
I was given some of the beautiful decals Kate has created as a birthday gift from a friend. I loved them so much that I immediately bought more and intend giving some to other friends.
The decals are of very good quality, can readily be moved and repositioned and I am delighted with them.

My Kelp Forest Decals arrived this morning and I absolutely love them, I have put them in my bathroom, they were very easy to peal off and arrange. The quality is lovely and the designs beautiful, I am so pleased how they make the room look so much more interesting.

I used the Swallows and Stars wallpaper and fabric for my media room. Kate helped me with quantity and measurement, making sure the scale of the wallpaper and fabric matched and the weight of the fabric. It turned out so beautiful. Truly, it’s my family’s favorite room in the house.
